Caramel Sauce….not a Coconut in sight !!

Easy Caramel Sauce.
Gluten Free , Vegan , Nut and Coconut Free

A few weeks ago I promised a stand alone post for my Caramel Sauce Recipe …

So here it is , by popular demandπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ πŸ™ŠπŸ™ŠπŸ™Š

This version is one i have used more times than any other another , the reason its nut and coconut free ( and we all know my daughter can sniff coconut out at 100 paces and for a dairy intolerant that’s leaves the outside world a little lacking πŸ˜‚)

l’m a great believer that the world of dairy free should not taste totally of coconut or the after take of ‘ nut’, yes its folk choice but really we all want to be normal ( with my own exception I’m happy to be mad as a box of frogs 😜😜😜)

Working within the limits of what you have and not saying but its not x.y and z isnt in my vocabulary.

If ‘normal ‘ non intolerant folk are happy to use me or my services ( I do the occasionally bake for others on request if the challenge thrills me, covering costs only as I’m to darn expensive as I’m so slow πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ , but i do limit that) my passion is here to make you the reader do it yourself !!

So this post is simple quick and effective, fits the brief no more no less, you will usually find a jar lurking in the fridge somewhere

So for over the festive period its ideal, prep and leave it lasts at least 2 weeks in the fridge

So lets crack on you can do this in 10 minutes and your set up for ages ……thats if you don’t eat it all with a spoon πŸ™ŠπŸ™ŠπŸ™Š

Come on wipe the screen please 😜😜😜
