Spicy and Smokey Barbecue Sauce
Gluten Free and Vegan

Something a little different this week, to spice up your life !!!

I wonder how many of you are aware that something so simple can come with a myriad of problems !!

Watching for Gluten ‘sneak ins’ is a daily occurrence

Malt Vinegar is a nightmare ingredient that a lot of folk just don’t seem to realise is NOT gluten Free , because of course its JUST vinegar!!πŸ™Š

So getting a sauce that’s as tasty as the one Im going to give you today is a real treat ! Honestly

No hidden problems and not pumped full of TOO many additives

For me Biona products help me live life a little easier , if you are not able to get these , source a company that is of reputable products in your country !! They are out there………

Heres their link ( this is not a sponsored post it just me giving you the heads up !!! )

https://biona.co.uk/

Also ingredients from country to country do change and I am aware many of Heinz products are not GF in the UK but are Internationally….so just do your research !!……I’ve had to do mine

This recipe is so simple a child if able to cop an onion with a plastic knife could so it …..supervised of course 😜😜😜

So lets get your burgers of choice tasty and your cruditΓ©s away from the hummus ( I love chickpeas as you will know but really there is a need !! )😍
